£50 for 4 or 5 bedrooms and up to 2 floors
£65 for 6 bedrooms and more than 2 floors

£60 for up to 2 bedrooms and/or 1 floor
£70 for up to 3 bedrooms and up to 2 floors
£80 for 4 or 5 bedrooms and up to 2 floors
£90 for 6 bedrooms or more than 2 floors
